Assembleia no Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre define calendário de paralisações por vale-alimentação
Diante da negativa da direção do HCPA (Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre) e da SEST (Secretaria de Coordenação e Governança das Empresas Estatais) em negociar o reajuste do vale-alimentação, os trabalhadores decidiram paralisar nos dias 18, 24 e 29 deste mês. O calendário foi definido em assembleia realizada na tarde desta quinta-feira (11).
A vice-presidente do Simers (Sindicato Médico do Rio Grande do Sul), Maria Rita de Assis Brasil, afirmou que não se pode admitir que mais uma vez os trabalhadores sofram perdas e não tenham qualquer indicativo de reajuste. “Mais do que nunca, precisamos estar unidos para lutar contra os ataques sistemáticos que têm sido feitos aos nossos direitos. Para isso, os sindicatos precisam contar com a força da classe trabalhadora”, ressaltou.
Mais cedo, na manhã de hoje, a representação intersindical esteve reunida com a direção do HCPA e fez um acordo que assegura a manutenção do vale até o fim das negociações e assinatura de novo ACT (Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho).
Conforme o Simers, sem esse acordo, existe a possibilidade de que os trabalhadores deixem de receber o benefício. A insegurança ocorreria por conta de medida cautelar concedida em 2016, que questiona a súmula 277 do TST (Tribunal Superior do Trabalho). Com a mudança, a lei não garante a manutenção das definições de um ACT depois de sua expiração, ainda que novas tratativas já estejam em andamento.
Reivindicação de reajuste
No ano passado, informa o Simers, o reajuste oferecido pelo HCPA foi de 6%, frente a uma inflação que chegou próxima aos 10%. Em 2017, a reivindicação é que o benefício seja pago em valor equivalente a duas cestas básicas, como forma de recuperar as perdas acumuladas e conquistar ganho real. Atualmente, o vale-alimentação é de R$ 458,06 – descontada a contrapartida do trabalhador.
