Inaugurada a Unidade de Saúde Animal Victória na Lomba do Pinheiro

Foi inaugurada no sábado (26) a Unidade de Saúde Animal Victória, o primeiro hospital veterinário público de Porto Alegre, com a presença de autoridades. No entanto, a abertura oficial do hospital ainda depende da aprovação do plano de Prevenção e Proteção Contra Incêndio (PPCI), que é indispensável para a obtenção do Habite-se, e também da licença do Conselho Regional de Medicina Veterinária. Fora isso, ainda é preciso que a Câmara de Vereadores aprove a criação dos cargos para contratação de veterinários.

Depois que as licenças forem aprovadas, os procedimentos feitos na antiga unidade — localizada no mesmo terreno — serão transferidos aos poucos para o novo prédio, que está pronto e com 80% da aparelhagem entregue. A Unidade fica na Estrada Bérico José Bernardes, 3489 – Parada 19 – Lomba do Pinheiro.

Participaram do ato inaugural o Prefeito de Porto Alegre, José Fortunati, a Primeira-Dama do Município e Deputada Estadual, Regina Becker Fortunati, e o Secretário Especial dos Direitos Animais, Maurício Silveira de Oliveira.
